Store Policies

Stock Availability:
Because many of our amazing items are one-of-a-kind and available for purchase at our Toronto storefront, there may be cases where our online store inventory does not accurately reflect item availability. In such cases, you will be notified immediately via e-mail or phone upon your attempt to purchase the item. Because our artists and designers are local, we may even be able to arrange a custom order for you! We will not charge your credit card until the items you ordered are shipped to you.

Returns:
Items can be returned for store credit. Please contact us at 416-534-7467 during business hours to arrange a return.

Shipping:
All products are shipped by Canada Post in Canada, to the United States and internationally.

Items are typically shipped within 48 hours of an order having been placed. Please refer to the drop-down shipping menu during checkout for details of shipping cost and when your shipment will arrive.

Shipping options are not available for oversized/fragile items (i.e. all shipping cost options will appear as $0.00). In such cases, please select "In-Store Pickup" from the drop-down shipping menu and we will contact you by phone or e-mail to make arrangements for shipping or pick-up.

All items are packed carefully to avoid damage in transit.

Shipping, handling, PST and GST (as applicable) are in addition to the listed product cost.

If you require a shipment to be made outside of Canada by Air Mail or Courier/Express, please e-mail us at info@shopgirls.ca with your shipping instructions. We will provide exact costs/charges via e-mail and only proceed with the order on your instructions. Air Mail or Courier/Express charges will be billed separately.

Privacy:
Shopgirls Gallery Boutique is committed to protecting your privacy. We will not sell or disclose any information that identifies you to a third party without your prior approval. We may use the information we collect to periodically notify you about new services or special offers we think you'll find valuable. If you would rather not receive this information, you may send an e-mail to info@shopgirls.ca with 'unsubscribe' as the subject line.
